The Evidence:
Two Letters,
Zero Accountability

The Original April 1, 2022 Civility Letter:
A "civility letter" was issued by KCS Security Division Lieutenant Martin Timms under Superintendent Bob Thomas. This initial document weaponized a peaceful protest at New Hopewell Elementary School, threatening a total ban under Board Policy B-230. They called a constitutionally protected protest "inappropriate and disruptive," even though the protest was neither of those things.
The Rescission (May 20, 2024):
Over two years later, KCS Security Captain, Martin Timms, was forced to issue a formal rescission admitting the truth that: "your actions at New Hopewell Elementary School on March 31, 2022 did not occur on school property." The original punitive letter was officially withdrawn and declared of no further force or effect.
Mrs. Johnson NEVER saw this letter as ANY weight whatsoever. She knew she was within her rights doing the protest. KCS KNEW there was NO grievance process in place, thats why they made this threat knowing there would be nothing that could be done to address the weaponization of the civility letter.
Notice how this small man had the nerve to put in BOLD font an "EXPECTATION" of a WIFE, MOTHER and his employer. They've refused to sit down so he can be checked and reminded who works for whom.
